I’M STEVE HORN, an Adweek Creative 100 honoree and Primetime Emmy-nominated copywriter who also draws.
I’m currently Executive Creative Director at Translation, an ad agency in Brooklyn, where I get to merge my interests in sports, music, and entertainment to help clients solve their biggest business problems by standing out in culture.
Before moving to New York, I lived in Chicago. Before that, I was born, raised, and educated in Madison, Wisconsin (plus a brief stint in Galway, Ireland). So, yes, I do enjoy hot dairy and cold beer.
My work is in the permanent archive at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art and I’ve been awarded almost every major award for advertising including the Titanium Cannes Lion, the Grand Clio, the GRANDY, a Sports Emmy, over a dozen One Show and D&AD pencils, and…wait for it…some Webbys!
When I’m not working I enjoy cooking, reading, hooping, and walking many miles over New York City’s many bridges and boroughs.
Below, you’ll find some of my favorite projects I’ve made for (and with) some of my favorite people and brands (which, unfortunately, should go without saying because according to Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission brands ARE people).
Anyhoo, enough about me. Tell me about you, dear website viewer. ▼▼▼▼
