IâM STEVE HORN, an Adweek Creative 100 honoree and Emmy-nominated copywriter who also draws.
Iâm currently a Group Creative Director at Translation, an ad agency in Brooklyn, where I get to merge my interests in sports, music, and entertainment to help clients solve their biggest business problems by standing out in culture.
Before moving to New York, I lived in Chicago. Before that, I was born, raised, and educated in Madison, Wisconsin (plus a brief stint in Galway, Ireland). So, yes, I do enjoy hot dairy and cold beer.
My work is in the permanent archive at New York Cityâs Museum of Modern Art and Iâve been awarded almost every major award for advertising including the Titanium Cannes Lion, the Grand Clio, the GRANDY, a Sports Emmy, over a dozen One Show and D&AD pencils, andâŚwait for itâŚsome Webbys!
When Iâm not working I enjoy cooking, reading, hooping, and walking many miles over New York Cityâs many bridges and boroughs.
Below, youâll find some of my favorite projects Iâve made for (and with) some of my favorite people and brands (which, unfortunately, should go without saying because according to Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission brands ARE people).
Anyhoo, enough about me. Tell me about you, dear website viewer. âźâźâźâź
